Water Quality Report
The City of Highwood is dedicated to providing the highest quality drinking water to its customers in the most reliable and professional manner. The goal of City officials and staff is to achieve complete consumer confidence in our drinking water supply by maintaining a premier water system and open communication with our customers. The water quality report (or consumer confidence report (CCR) is intended to provide you with important information about your drinking water. This report includes drinking water facts, information on violations (if applicable), and contaminants detected in your drinking water supply. We are committed to providing you with this information because informed customers are our best allies.
The City of Highwood is pleased to report that last year, as in years past; the City of Highwood’s tap water met all United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and state drinking water health standards. We are able to report that the department had no violation of a contaminant level or of any other water quality standard in the previous year.
