The City is pleased to share that the activity is connected to the arrival of Old Plank, a long‑established furniture and design studio that has spent decades rooted in Chicago and is now making Highwood its new home.
Old Plank is known for its custom craftsmanship, antique restoration, and thoughtfully curated furnishings. Their team has shared that exterior work is expected to take roughly three weeks, depending on the scope of necessary repairs as they prepare their new space.
