The City began the first phase of the 2015 Capital Improvement Program on June 15th. Both road and utility improvements are in full process on Pleasant Avenue, Highwood Avenue, and North Avenue. These three streets require major rehabilitation and due to the scope of these projects, we anticipate the improvements to be completed sometime in November.
In the early fall, we will begin our second phase of projects which will include road resurfacing improvements to High St, Evolution, a portion of Lockard Lane adjacent to North Avenue, and Sard Place from Central to High St.
