The Highwood Avenue reconstruction project is continuing to progress. The contractor now anticipates having stone down on Highwood Avenue today and beginning tearing up concrete sidewalks and curbs from High Street to Everts Place on Thursday, September 23. Weather permitting, the new concrete will be poured on Friday, September 24.
