This community beautification effort involves planting of more than 39 trees in parkways throughout mainly the west side of Highwood. To ensure the long term health of our community forest, the new trees include a wide variety of native species: such as Hackberry, Ginkgo, Red Oak, Locust, Maple, and Kentucky Coffee Trees.
