The City of Highwood received a petition for a Planned Unit Development from Midwest Young Artists to develop a vacant lot, commonly known as 64 Westover in Highwood Illinois. The public hearing is set to take place before the City of Highwood’s Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday August 28, 2024, at 6:00 pm at Oak Terrace Elementary School at 240 Prairie Avenue.
