The Highwood Chamber of Commerce proudly celebrated the Grand Opening of La Plancha Loca’s Cantina on Friday, April 11. Building on the incredible success of their taquería over the past six years, owner Jorge Blancas and his family have expanded their establishment to offer even more culinary delights.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony was a joyous occasion, attended by Mayor Charlie Pecaro, Alderpersons Eric Falberg, Jim Hospodarsky, and Andy Peterson, along with Chamber Board President George Zamarron.
