It has come to the City's attention that customers in the southern part of Highwood did not receive their utility bills dated May 16, 2014. Please note that all utility bills were processed and delivered to the U.S. Postal Service. The City staff is investigating this matter with the Highwood Post Office.
Utility bills are due June 5. Any utility account not paid by then will receive a second notice. However, due to the circumstances, adjustments will be made to waive any late penalty.
