The Solid Waste Agency of Lake County is hosting its 9th annual Recycle-O-Rama event on Saturday, October 11, 2014 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm CT. The event is being held at the Lake County Division of Transportation facility located at 600 W. Winchester Road, Libertyville, IL 60048. The event is open to all residents of Lake County, IL and there is no cost.
Items that will be accepted for recycling include, but are not limited to, CDs, DVDs, cassettes, cell phones, batteries, shoes, paper documents for shredding, prom dresses, crayons, clothing, fire extinguishers, propane tanks, eyeglasses, printer cartridges and stuffed animals.
