Due to a water main break, there will be a temporary water shut off on Pleasant Avenue between Sard and Prairie Avenue which is currently affecting Pleasant Avenue and the surrounding area.
This notice is to inform you that, due to the severity of the break, the water service for that area will be shut off and will remain shut off for a minimum of two hours.
There is currently no boil order issued. If a boil order is needed after the repair, you will be notified.
Once the water service is restored, residents are advised to turn their water back on in the basement where the water first comes into the house, and allow the water to run clear prior to using water in any other location of the home.
