On Monday, September 28, 2015, the City’s contractor will begin removing curbs, sidewalks, and aprons on Highwood Avenue between Western and High Street.
This notice is to inform you that beginning on Monday, September 28, 2015 at 6:00 AM, residents within that area will have no access to their driveways while the concrete is being removed, poured, and set.
The City will continue to allow temporary daytime and overnight parking on Evolution, Grove, S. Central, High St, N. Central, Funston, Palmer, Jeffreys, and Everts. Residents will not receive a citation for parking on these streets during this portion of the construction period.
We also ask that during this period, you avoid walking East-Westbound on Highwood Avenue due to the lack of sidewalks.
