[ARCHIVED] Halloween Trick-or-Treating Hours for Saturday October 31st

Neighborhood Trick-or-Treat hours will be from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM on Saturday October 31st. Young trick-or-treaters should use sidewalks and be accompanied by a parent, caregiver or sibling.
