Estes Street Gurnee, IL 60031 APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED for Household Chemical Waste Events located at our Gurnee Facility to ensure safety & efficiency. Collections are for residential waste only. No business waste will be accepted. All SWALCO HCW Collection Events are FREE for Illinois residents ONLY. Thank you for supporting this popular program! We understand getting an appointment can be difficult, the good news is your family, friends, neighbors and folks all over the county are using the program as well! Please ask around, maybe they are already heading our way & would be willing to bring your waste along?!
