Wednesday April 26, 2017 will be the last pick up by Advanced Disposal as beginning May 1 Lakeshore Recycling Systems will be our new residential waste hauler. Advanced Disposal will be collecting the old containers at the last pick up. New cans will be delivered starting April 25th- 28th. Trash containers will be delivered first and Recycling and "Organics" cans will follow shortly thereafter. If you should receive your new Lakeshore container prior to April 26th (Advanced's last pick up) PLEASE DO NOT put your trash in the can as Advanced cannot remove trash or recycling from a Lakeshore container. We expect a smooth transition, and as always, if you have any concerns please don't hesitate to contact Highwood City Hall.
