[ARCHIVED] Fire Hydrant Painting Starts Friday the 29th

Beginning Friday September 29th the City will begin fire hydrant painting throughout the City. Alpha Paint Works has been contracted by the City to provide this service. All the fire hydrants within the City limits will be sand blasted, primed and re-painted. Precautionary measures will be taken to reduce paint overspray on private property. The project is anticipated to take approximately 5 days to complete weather permitting. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Jeff Harding, Director of Water treatment at 847.432.3730.
