Highwood for the Holidays
Join The Highwood Chamber of Commerce for their annual Highwood for the Holidays, Presented by the First Bank of Highland Park.
Highwood for the Holidays will be held Saturday, November 27th, from 2-5PM at City Hall Park (17 Highwood Ave), with a Santa appearance at 4PM.
Enjoy the Holiday Season at Highwood for the Holidays by participating in holiday choo-choo train rides, make-your-own-ornament station for kids, festive music, and of course, arrival of both Santa and Mrs. Claus on a firetruck followed by visits with Santa!
This Highwood for the Holidays also falls on Small Business Saturday, where guests can participate in a “Shop Local, Win Local” receipts raffle. Anyone shopping in the area can turn in their receipts from any Highwood business to be entered to win a $50 gift card!
Window Wonderland Contest
There will also be a “Window Wonderland Contest” where over a dozen participating local storefronts will brighten the neighborhood with their creative festive holiday designs. Make sure to place your vote online for the best window decorations. Each vote costs $1 and each voter can cast as many votes as they’d like.
