Due to an emergency repair on a transmission line there is an advisory boil order for ALL City of Highwood water customers. The advisory boil order is in effect until further notice.
As a precautionary measure, all water used for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, or washing dishes should be boiled prior to use. As an option, bottled water could be used as a substitute if preferred.
